LENO LOOMS & FABRIC
The company incorporated the production of leno bags making unit. The leno bags are basically used for packaging of perishable items like fruits and vegetables.
The manufacturing process of leno bags undergoes more or less the same process of manufacturing PP woven fabric. The models of the machines designed for the generation is to weave fabric with open/ semi- dense weave using the Polypropylene (PP) tapes. Unlike other knitted materials, leno fabrics can also be made from low cost (waste) PP tapes generally generated while processing PP woven fabric. In the process of leno bags the warp PP tapes are fed with uniform warp tension from tension creel stands thus weaving at the lower warp tension.

Recently the company introduced the production of FIBC Jumbo bags for ferro silicon. The manufacturing process of FIBC Jumbo bags undergoes more or less the same process of manufacturing PP woven fabric. But in FIBC Jumbo bags, the deniers of tapes are more than the usual bags and also the size of the FIBC Jumbo bags are larger in size compared to usual bags. It holds 1 ton capacity.
